Harrisburg Road Park

Harrisburg Road Park is located at 7701 Harrisburg Road in Charlotte, NC. The existing 3 acre park includes a full court basketball court and picnic shelter. The Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners allocated $7 million to the improvement of existing local parks. Mecklenburg County staff are working through the design and permitting process and anticipate bidding the project later in 2024 with construction starting in early 2025.

Final plans are currently going through the permitting process and will be bid out for construction. Construction is expected to start late winter 2025.
