The project consists of the demolition of the existing vacant Doctors Medical Center Pinole Campus buildings and all associated improvements and the development of 26 new three-story residential buildings containing 154 units, as well as associated site improvements on the 7.38-acre site. The project was approved on April 11, 2022 and is under construction.
