The Monterey County Active Transportation Plan (ATP) will serve as a roadmap for making Monterey County safer, more accessible, and more connected for people of all ages and abilities who walk, bike, or use other forms of active transportation. This update builds on the County’s previous ATP, adopted in 2018, incorporating new analysis and community priorities and needs
