Druid Hills Neighborhood Park
The Druid Hills Neighborhood Park Project will add improvements to an existing 7-acre park located at 2801 Poinsett Street, Charlotte. Improvements include a Restroom-Pavilion, public art, and a street right of way abandonment per the approved Master Plan. The existing park includes basketball, playground, community garden, fitness equipment and walking trails.
The park is currently under construction and should be complete in Fall 2024. The project was taken over by County/operations due to contractor non performance.
