Apex Youth Council GoApex Survey

This survey is a sign-up form for focus groups held in collaboration between the Town of Apex Planning Department and the Apex Youth Council. There will be two sessions. The first session will be held on Tuesday, April 22 from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM in the Chatham Room of the Apex Senior Center for participants who have ridden GoApex Route 1 previously . The second focus group will be held on Wednesday, April 23 from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM in the Chatham Room of the Apex Senior Center for participants who have not ridden GoApex Route 1 before.

Please complete this survey no later than April 18th so we can have an accurate head count.

This event counts for service hours.
