The applicant, Hunter Marks of Watermakr Landscape Architecture, has submitted a request for preliminary subdivision plat for Drakewood, a proposed single family development located at 1208 Standwood Lane. The proposal includes the construction of 20 single family homes on approximately 1.88 acres zoned R-15, Medium Density Residential.

The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing the preliminary subidivison plats for compliance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance and other applicable regulations. Once the preliminary plat is approved, all horizontal construction may begin (roads, infrastructure, etc). One the horizontal contruction is completed, the final subdivision plat may be approved.
