Tarboro Road Park Redevelopment Project
The voter-approved 2022 Raleigh Parks Bond provides funding for the redevelopment of Tarboro Road Park.
Plans for the new Tarboro Road Park include a new community center, new outdoor amenities and recreational features, new parking areas, and improvements to the existing Saint Monica’s Teen Center.

Project Status
In November 2023, the Parks, Recreation and Greenway Advisory Board formally appointed the Tarboro Road Park Community Advisory Group (CAG), a membership-specific committee providing oversight of the park planning process.
Project planning and design began in Spring 2024.
Please join with Raleigh Parks, the Tarboro Road Park CAG, and the project design team for a Drop-In Design Workshop.
