An interactive web-based Project Tracker will be created by March 2025, that provides real-time updates to customers from application submission to case closure, implementing a technology solution aligned with improving transparency and workflow efficiency.

Impact Statement

Creating a project tracker for site plan projects will improve transparency by demonstrating to applicants their progress through the site plan review process with clear visuals and plain language.
