Update interdepartmental coalition agreements
Initiative Statement
In support of a well-defined system of services, coalition agreements between development-related partner departments memorializing roles and service delivery responsibilities will be drafted and executed by March 2024, with an initial wave of foundational agreements planned for execution in January 2024.

Impact Statement
Interdepartmental coalition agreements will establish alignment around common objectives as well as allocation of resources and responsibilities, and serve as a vehicle for memorializing interdepartmental commitments in support of the development process.
