Automate/ integrate application entry to system of record
Initiative Statement
By July 2025, application submittal will be automated and integrated into the formal system of record resulting in a more efficient and streamlined intake process. (Note: Due to current system capabilities, the more permanent solution will occur as a part of the enterprise case management system replacement project.)
