Automate/ integrate application entry to system of record

Initiative Statement

By July 2025, application submittal will be automated and integrated into the formal system of record resulting in a more efficient and streamlined intake process. (Note: Due to current system capabilities, the more permanent solution will occur as a part of the enterprise case management system replacement project.)

Determine best solution for automation and integration into the system of record based on current system capabilities and identify preferred future state.
Solicit internal and external stakeholder input.

Develop and execute plan for incorporation of process into the website.
Development technology-based testing protocol.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Educate internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure functionality for elements of preferred future state is incorporated as a requirement of the enterprise case management replacement.

Impact Statement

Automating application submissions during intake will improve efficiency, reduce duplication of effort, and speed up the intake process.
