30-DAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REVISIONS TO EXISTING CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATIONS (AQRs) AND ADOPTING OF A NEW AQR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing the following updates to the AQRs.
Amending:
- Section 12.0: Applicability and General Requirements for Permitting Stationary Sources
Adopting:
- Section 131: VOC Emissions Control for Emulsified Asphalt
You can view the draft regulations and ordinance below. The notice will start Monday, December 29, 2025, and will close Monday, January 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PST.
The Board of County Commissioners will consider the proposed ordinance at a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday March 17, 2026, in the Commission Chambers, Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV.
