This request would amend the zoning conditions from a previously approved rezoning (2017) to alter restrictions on the bar, tavern, nightclub, and lounge uses. The request would also establish a new minimum setback along St. Albans Drive and maximum AM and PM traffic generation allowed.
Existing Zoning: CX-7-PL-CU, CX-20-CU, CM-CU
The existing zoning is Commerical Mixed Use, with heights ranging from 7 to 20 stories (CX-7), with a Parking Limited Frontage. For more information on mixed use districts, see UDO Section 3.1. and for frontage requirements, see UDO Section 3.4.
