The Commercial Real Estate Brokers Roundtable was established as a platform to enhance the City’s collaboration and information sharing with commercial real estate professionals. This program is a key component of the City’s Economic Development Strategy (EDS) designed to strengthen partnerships and support redevelopment efforts to create vibrant activity nodes.

The Roundtable features guest speakers from various City departments covering topics such as development updates, emerging development opportunities, and long-term planning.

Commercial Real Estate Professionals are encouraged to join the Economic Development Department at the next Roundtable and be part of shaping the City’s growth and success. Stay tuned for the next Roundtable in May. Registration will open in April.
