Rationalize/refine/consolidate code criteria manual(s) and publicize interpretation(s)
Initiative Statement
A Technical Advisory Review Panel (TARP) will be launched in January 2024 to standardize the process for adopting and periodic review of criteria manual rules, providing for greater stakeholder involvement during rules creation; and TARP work will be published to improve understanding and usability of the criteria manuals.

Impact Statement
Expanding internal and external stakeholder involvement in the development and maintenance of criteria manual rules will improve the quality and usability of code criteria manuals and build transparency that will ultimately strengthen the review process.
