Rationalize/refine/consolidate code criteria manual(s) and publicize interpretation(s)

Initiative Statement

A Technical Advisory Review Panel (TARP) will be launched in January 2024 to standardize the process for adopting and periodic review of criteria manual rules, providing for greater stakeholder involvement during rules creation; and TARP work will be published to improve understanding and usability of the criteria manuals.

Impact Statement
