On August 19, 2026, TPUDC came back to Homewood to present conceptual plans and renderings, illustrating how growth and development could look in the City for years to come. From August 21 to September 4 at 11:59pm, the community had the opportunity to view TPUDC's presentation of those plans and renderings and provide comments. The PDF presentation can be found in the "Documents” Section. If you were unable to attend the in-person presentation on August 19, you can click here to view the recording via the City of Homewood's YouTube page.
