FCDOT is proposing the following changes within the Franconia District as part of the 2024 Paving and Restriping Program:
- Bike lane on Oakwood Road between Crown Royal Drive and South Van Dorn Street
- Crosswalk improvements at Crown Royal Drive and Founders Hill Place
- Crosswalk Improvements at Crown Royal Drive and Terrapin Place
