Annexation of 162.42 acres of land into City Limits. This land will be assigned a City Zone based on the current underlying County zone, current use, and surrounding zoning. The assigned zone will be AG - Agriculture. The assigned zoning will be heard by the Planning Commission. The annexation and assigned zoning will go before City Council for final approval.
