The applicant is requesting a conditional rezoning of approximately 5.01 acres located at 14 Cornerstone Way from R-10 zoning district to PRD-CZD zoning district to allow for the subdivision of 10 existing duplexes into 20 individual units on separate lots and the development of one new duplex on a vacant lot. The proposed project includes 20 existing and 2 proposed residential units and is intended to support housing and the preservation of existing development.
