The City of Round Rock has partnered with Halff Associates, Inc. for this project, which includes an update to its 2014 Stormwater Master Plan. From Halff are Paul Morales, PE, CFM, CPESC, who will serve as Project Advisor, and Mark Lewis, PE, CFM, who will be Project Manager. Joining the team on the City side are Frederico Sanchez, PE, CFM, a Stormwater Engineer, and Noemi Avila, EIT, CFM, who is an Associate Stormwater Engineer.
