The Austin Housing Finance Corporation received 13 responses to the 6909 Ryan Drive Request for Qualifications. The Evaluation Panel identified three top-scoring applicants to proceed with interviews. Finalist interviews were conducted on March 29. The Public Evaluation period for finalist RFQ responses will be open from April 1 to April 14, 2024. Community input will be provided to the AHFC Executive Team and the AHFC Board of Directors to assist in recommending and selecting the preferred development partner for this development.
