The Fairfax County Department of Transportation is planning pedestrian improvements on Georgetown Pike at Great Falls Library. Highlights of the project include: 

• A high visibility crosswalk.
• Pedestrian crossing warning signs.
• ADA curb ramps.
• Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs).
• A pedestrian refuge island.
