Join us for our monthly Healthy Start In-Person Parent Talk, where parents and caregivers can connect, learn, and build a stronger support system.
This month's topic is Breastfeeding. Whether you're expecting, currently breastfeeding, or supporting a breastfeeding family, you'll gain helpful tips, resources, and encouragement from our Healthy Start Community Health Workers.

Join us as we celebrate breastfeeding families in San Antonio and grow a community of support, confidence, and connection. Event open to all mothers and their families.
Breastfeeding can be a journey, and you don't have to do it alone. Join us for a day of support, education, and community as we celebrate this year's theme, "Breastfeeding for a Sustainable Start in Life: Strengthen What Works."
Whether you're expecting, breastfeeding, pumping, or supporting a loved one, all mothers and their families are welcome.
What to Expect:
• Breastfeeding support from local experts
• Educational resources and community partners
• Free fruits and vegetables for the first 50 families to arrive!
• Family-friendly activities, giveaways, and more!

Join Metro Health for our Back-to-School Immunization Event and check vaccines off your back-to-school to-do list!
Stop by to receive your recommended vaccines and connect with community partners to learn about no-cost resources and services available to support you and your family.
- Vaccinations are available for eligible children and adults through the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) programs, based on availability and eligibility requirements.
- Please bring your vaccination record/card if you have one.
- No appointment needed.
- Space is limited. The line will close once daily capacity is reached, so we encourage you to arrive early.
