DAQ PUBLIC NOTICE - RULES
30-Day NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTING NEW CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATIONS (AQRs) AND REPEALING AN EXISTING AQR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing the following updates to the AQRs.
Adopting:
- Section 108: VOC Emissions Control for Paper, Film, Foil, Fabric, or Vinyl Coating Operations
- Section 122: Reasonably Available Control Technology for Major Stationary Sources in HA 212
Repealing:
- Section 121: Reasonably Available Control Technology Determinations for Specific Major Stationary Sources in the 2015 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS Moderate Nonattainment Area HA 212
