Regional Transportation Plan
Regional Transportation Plan
The Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) is seeking public input to help define the goals, policy objectives, and performance measures of the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan. Updated every four years, the Regional Transportation Plan functions as a twenty-year road map for improvements to Monterey County's transportation systems.
The survey will shape the update of the Regional Transportation Plan Policy Element. The policy element has five outcomes, and each outcome has policy objectives and measurements of performance that relate to that goal. This survey asks residents to first prioritize the main five outcomes, then answer more detailed questions related to those outcomes, and finish by stating which general transportation categories you think should have high priority in Monterey County.
Members of the public can provide input to inform the plan by either taking a quick 5-minute survey online, by phone or by filling out a paper copy and returning it to the Transportation Agency. The survey is available in both English and Spanish languages. Paper copies can be downloaded at these links: https://www.tamcmonterey.org/regional-transportation-plan or picked up in the TAMC office, located at 55-B Plaza Circle, Salinas during business hours, Monday - Friday.
To take the survey by phone text "s2435" to 73224. To take the Spanish language survey online, click onto this link: Plan Regional de Transporte - PublicInput . The English language online survey is available below.
Our future depends upon your input.
