This request would increase the number of units and variety of housing types that could be built on the site and allow for limited retail, personal service, and office uses. Zoning conditions prohibit schools and outdoor sports or entertainment facilities and limit the total number of units allowed per building to 24 units.  

  • Existing Zoning: R-4 

  • The existing zoning is Residential-4 (R-4). See UDO Section 2.1 for more details on Residential Use Districts. 

  • Proposed Zoning: RX-3-CU 

  • The proposed zoning is Residential Mixed Use-3 Stories with zoning conditions (RX-3-CU). UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts. Proposed Conditions can be found here.
