The City of Pinole is launching a Business Spotlight in The Pulse, our community newsletter, to highlight local businesses. We also want to check in with our business community, connect you with support and resources, and invite you to join our internal vendor list for future city event needs.
This short survey should take about 7-10 minutes to complete.
1. Business Spotlight Interest
We’re launching a Business Spotlight feature to showcase Pinole businesses in The Pulse newsletter, with potential social media or website highlights. Our goal is fair and diverse representation across sectors, locations, and ownership types.

We want to understand how you’re doing and how we can support you with resources or connections.
3. Workforce Insights
We’re exploring ways to support hiring and workforce development, including a potential local job fair.
4. Pinole Perks Participation
Pinole Perks is a City program offering digital gift cards to promote local shopping. Participants accept these cards like any Visa debit card.
5. City Vendor List Interest
We’re building an internal vendor list to hire Pinole businesses for City events and services (e.g., catering, supplies), supporting our local economy.

8. Quarterly Workshop
The City is exploring quarterly workshops at the Pinole Senior Center with local business owners, our Economic Development team, SEALS, Bayfront Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations to discuss opportunities, challenges, and ways we can support each other. These would be 1–2 hour evening sessions. Would you be interested in attending, and if so, when works best for you?
