Academy-Gibson Park Sculpture Garden Community Survey

Academy-Gibson Park Sculpture Garden Community Survey

Help Us Design Our City's First Sculpture Garden!

Last November, voters set a vision for Our City, Our Parks, and Our Future by approving a $60 million Parks & Recreation General Obligation (GO) Bond. The Parks & Rec Bond includes funding for 4 brand new parks, renovations to 5 existing parks, plus 8 miles of greenways within the park projects.

Through the Parks & Rec Bond, the City will renovate the Academy-Gibson Park. Renovations include building a new sculpture garden on the property adjacent to ClearWater Arts Center & Studios.

Design for the New Sculpture Garden

Work is underway on the design of the new sculpture garden. Last month, City staff, community members, local artists, and Landscape Architects with the city's contractor, WithersRavenel, met and put together two initial design concepts for the sculpture garden.

Now, we want to hear what you think! What do you like or not like about each of the concepts? What features would you like to see in the new sculpture garden? Let us know by taking the short survey!
