THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE!
In partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), the Warren County Transportation Improvement District is currently conducting a feasibility study to evaluate options for reducing congestion and improving safety along the 1.5-mile stretch of State Route 48 between Ridgeview Lane/Saddle Creek Lane and Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road. The public is invited to review current results from the study, which is evaluating options for the roadway and bridges over the Little Miami River and Turtle Creek. The information on this site is the same as what was displayed at the in-person Public Open House on March 13, 2024.
Public involvement is an important part of ODOT’s project development process, and the input received will help guide the decisions we make. ODOT has put together this virtual Public Open House to share information about the project and gather public feedback regarding the alternatives under consideration.
Questions and comments may be submitted at the in-person public meeting or at the virtual open house or by email, phone or mail to Dan Corey, Project Program Coordinator, WCTID, dan.corey@co.warren.oh.us, (513) 431-1229, or by mail at 210 West Main St., Lebanon, OH 45036. Comments carry equal weight regardless of how they are submitted.
Public participation in this project is solicited without regard to race, color, sex, age, national origin, or disability. We want to ensure that everyone has equal opportunity to review project information, provide comment, and ask questions. If anyone has difficulty accessing the Virtual Open House, we will email or mail copies of the meeting materials and exhibits, or can discuss them by phone or in person. If you need any language translations, click on the TRANSLATE button located near the upper right-hand corner of this page. If you need other interpretation assistance, printed copies of these materials, or other reasonable accommodations to review these materials and/or to comment on this project, please contact Taylor Webster, E.I., at (513) 933-6597 or Taylor.Webster@dot.ohio.gov.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2020 and executed by FHWA and ODOT. For more information, please visit ODOT’s NEPA Assignment Portal by clicking here.
This site is a self-guided tour through a series of tabs highlighting options under consideration. Opportunities are provided throughout for you to provide feedback and share your comments. This virtual Open House will be open 24 hours a day for 30 days, closing on April 14. A preferred alternative will be chosen based in part on the input received from the public. All questions and comments must be received by April 14, 2024 to be included in the environmental document and will be compiled and posted on the website.
