Stevens Street Reconstruction

In 2014, Grand Rapids voters established the Vital Streets fund. This fund dedicates its focus to improving our street conditions. The Stevens Street project is funded by Vital Streets. Construction will begin in June and is expected to be complete in September 2026.

Stevens Street (Steele to Randolph)

This is a reconstruction project. Contractors will replace the road and upgrade what is listed below:

Driveway approaches and sidewalks
Water
Parkways and street trees
Storm sewer
