The Cost of Doing Business

During the process of developing the Fire Station No. 4 Park Master Plan, the Town must evaluate the cost to build the future with the future costs to maintain it. The initial cost and the on-going costs must be considered when determining what elements can be reasonably managed within the Town's budget.
