Huntersville Safety Action Plan
Huntersville Safety Action Plan
The Town of Huntersville is developing a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan that evaluates safety for people walking/rolling, biking, taking transit, and driving throughout the entire town. The ultimate goal is to eliminate serious-injury and deadly crashes for all roadway users in the Town. It is funded through a federal Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Grant, and we’d love for you to be part of it. As part of the process, key factors contributing to serious accidents and injuries on Huntersville's roads will be identified and recommendations will be developed for infrastructure projects and policies to address key factors. By completing and adopting a Huntersville Safety Action Plan, we’ll also become eligible for future grant funding to implement these improvements.
