The Fairport Office of Community and Economic Development (OCED) supports the continued growth of the Village of Fairport into a sought-after destination in the region for residents, visitors and businesses.   We have heard the concerns regarding parking and are looking for ways to help.  This survey is a step in trying to bridge the gap between the existing situation and the long-term solution.

As one part of the solution, we are considering adding more parking to the OCED owned public parking lot on the east side of North Main Street.  However, we believe it is  incumbent on us to ensure the safety of those patrons as they attempt to cross Main Street to their destinations.

To that end we have engaged Passero Associates to conduct a Mobility Study and Transportation Impact Report.  And we are working with our friends at the Genesee Transportation Council, utilizing their innovative and collaborative Community Engagement Hub to gather your feedback.

Please take a few minutes to help us keep Fairport On the Rise!
