30-DAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR REVISIONS TO EXISTING CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATIONS (AQRs) REGARDING SECTIONS 92 AND 94
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing updates to the AQRs that update applicability, add new requirements, revise existing requirements, and add clarifying language.
- Section 92: Fugitive Dust Control Requirements for Unpaved Parking Lots and Storage Areas
- Section 94: Permitting and Dust Control for Construction and Temporary Commercial Activities and Fugitive Dust Control at Stationary Sources
You can view the draft regulations and ordinance below. The 30-day public notice will start Monday, October 28, 2024, and will close December 2, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. PDT.
The Board of County Commissioners will consider the proposed ordinance at a public hearing at 10 a.m. December 17, 2024, in the Commission Chambers, Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV.
