LCRT TOD Housing Survey
LCRT TOD Housing Survey
INTRODUCTION
We want to hear from you.
This short survey helps shape how neighborhoods along the LCRT corridor grow and ensures the people who call these places home have a real say in what comes next.
The Transit-Oriented Development Planning initiative is a community-led effort to ensure that growth along the LCRT corridor works for the people already here. Your input will help us understand the state of housing throughout the region and inform housing stability strategies.
The survey takes about 5–7 minutes. Questions cover your current housing.
All questions are optional. Please feel free to skip any questions and answer those most important to you!
1. What type of housing do you currently live in?
2. Which of the following best describes your current housing situation?
3. Approximately how much does your household spend per month on housing costs?
For renters, this includes rent and utilities (water, heating, gas/electric).
For homeowners, this includes mortgage payment (if applicable), utilities (water, heating, gas/electric), property taxes, homeowners insurance, private mortgage insurance (if applicable), and homeowners association fees or lot rent (if applicable).
4. Please indicate whether you agree or disagree with the following statement: I cannot afford my housing cost right now (at risk of having to leave my home in next two months).
