Welcome to PublicInput User Training


Whether you’re a brand new PublicInput user, or just need to brush up on all that PublicInput has to offer, these training sessions are designed to help you learn more about each module of the platform so that you can jump in and hit the ground running. 
 

 
 

We offer four training sessions to help you get started:

PUBLIC | ENGAGEMENT HUB

PUBLIC | CRM + REPORTING


This introductory training will show you how to navigate your PublicInput Engagement Dashboard, as well as how to build a project using an array of engagement activities and question types.


Learn how to use the CRM to log activities, view participant records, and create segments based on 8 different criteria. This session also covers how to create Dynamic Reports, and applying report filters to view more granular data.
 

PUBLIC | CONTACT

PUBLIC | MEETINGS

 

In this session, you'll learn how to create email templates, outbound email campaigns, outbound texts
& text surveys, as well as how to manage emails from within your project or survey.

 

In this training, you'll learn how to create virtual or hybrid meetings using PublicInput, as well as how to collect meeting comments, registration forms, live audience polling, enable automatic meeting transcription, multilingual closed captioning features, and more!

 


These recurring training sessions are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, from:
1:00-3:00 EST | 12:00-2:00 CST | 11:00-1:00 MST | 10:00-12:00 PST

Sessions rotate from week-to-week, cycling through 2 modules per week.
