The proposed zoning is Residential Mixed Use-5 stories (RX-5) and zoning conditions (CU), which refers to high scale and higher density residential use. For more information on mixed use districts, see UDO Section 3.1
Proposed zoning conditions:
Prohibits the following uses: dormitory, fraternity, sorority, and outdoor sports or entertainment facility (>250 seats).
Residential density shall not exceed 160 total dwelling units.
