The request would allow for a wider variety of building types, including apartments. Compared to existing zoning, it would allow residential buildings to be built on smaller minimum lot sizes with less restrictive dimensional standards. Proposed conditions would prohibit all uses other than residential uses and/or parking facility. The request would maintain the Special Residential Parking Overlay over the site.
