Neighbors of Belknap Lookout Residential Parking Permit Survey
Neighbors of Belknap Lookout Residential Parking Permit Survey
In 2013, residents of the Neighbors of Belknap Lookout (NOBL) neighborhood were looking for a solution to preserve on-street parking for residents due to the utilization of street parking by nearby Medical Mile employees. To address this issue, Mobile GR and NOBL representatives established the Residential Parking Permit (RPP) program which restricted street parking in the neighborhood on weekdays from 8am-5pm for permit-holding residents only. As the program has now been in place for several years and the parking landscape along the Medical Mile has improved, NOBL representatives are interested in learning how residents feel about the program today.
You can find a map of the current RPP zone and more information about the program here: City of Grand Rapids RPP Program Page
Survey responses are anonymous and will be viewed by City staff and NOBL representatives. Your mailing address is only used to verify that you live in the neighborhood.
