Proposed Zoning: CX-3 w/SHOD-2, SRPOD 

The proposed zoning is Commercial Mixed Use-3 stories and a Special Highway Overlay District-2 (SHOD-2). Also proposed is a Special Residential Parking Overlay District (SRPOD). For more information on Mixed Use districts, see UDO Section 3.1. and for overlay districts, see UDO Section 5.1.
