This request would increase the allowable height from 12 stories to 40 stories. The request would also prohibit the following uses: adult establishment, detention center, jail, prison, passenger terminal, vehicle fuel sales (excluding charging stations), and self-service storage. 

 

  • Existing Zoning: DX-12-UG 

  • The existing zoning is Downtown Mixed Use – 12 Stories, Urban General Frontage(DX-12-UG). See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts. For more information on Frontages see UDO Section 3.4.  

  • Proposed Zoning: DX-40-UG-CU. 

  • The existing zoning is Downtown Mixed Use – 40 Stories, Urban General Frontage, Conditional Use. See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts. For more information on Frontages see UDO Section 3.4. Proposed conditions can be viewed here.
