Information Sessions

Update: Thank you to everyone who attended our information sessions! If you missed them, you can watch the presentation from our virtual session on YouTube. You can also view the PowerPoint presentation from the information sessions. 

We are holding four information sessions from January 21-27, 2025 about the proposed changes to Austin's short-term rental (STR) regulations. Please RSVP to attend one or more of the events below and learn more about the specific proposed amendments and provide feedback. 

Although registration is not mandatory to attend the sessions, it helps anticipate logistical needs (seating, catering, staff availability). Also, if you need any accessibility accommodations or an interpreter, please indicate this in the registration RSVP by January 20, 2025.

  • Wednesday, Jan. 22, 6-8 p.m., Montopolis Recreation and Community Center
