US 401 Corridor Study - Phase 1

The Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) is conducting a corridor study of approximately 19 miles of U.S. 401 from Banks Road in Wake County south through the Town of Fuquay-Varina to the N.C. 210 and U.S 421 intersection near the Town of Lillington in Harnett County. It is also studying about seven miles of the proposed U.S. 401 Bypass. This study will develop an updated vision for the study area and analyze short- and long-term transportation and land use solutions.

Your feedback will inform the development of conceptual design options and finalize the vision for the U.S. 401 Corridor.
