This request would continue to allow primarily residential uses, but with smaller minimum lot sizes and building setbacks. Apartments would be allowed in the proposed district. Proposed zoning conditions limit residential density to a maximum of 40 units, dedicate a greenway easement along the western boundary of the property, provide a pedestrian connection from the future development to the greenway easement, and either install an 8.5-foot-tall fence or maintain a tree conservation area along the northern property line.
