Winterfield Park Improved Connections
Park and Recreation is looking to improve connections to Winterfield Park from the surrounding community. In partnership with Safe Routes to School, the improved connection(s) to the park will also facilitate a safer way for kids to walk or bike to Winterfield Elementary.

The Board of County Commissioners approved this and other projects for the Fiscal Year 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan. This project is slated for funding in fiscal year 2026. At that time, staff will begin the public engagement process to determine the needs and desires of the surrounding community.
