This request would allow for additional housing types to be developed on the site. Specifically, the request would permit the development of townhomes but prohibit the apartment building type. Other conditions limit certain uses (day care facility, golf course, outdoor recreational facility, and parking facility) otherwise allowed in R-10. The request would also add additional side yard (10 feet) and rear yard (30 feet) and require the installation of a buffer wall and understory trees along the southern edges of the property.
