This request would decrease the minimum lot size requirements, allowing more residential units to be built on the site. The allowable height would not change from the existing three story-limit. One zoning condition is proposed that would prohibit the apartment building type; therefore, the allowed building types (single family, duplex, and townhomes) would not change also would not change from the existing zoning.
Existing Zoning: R-6 & R-10-CU
