This request would allow residential development on a site currently zoned for conservation management. Proposed conditions limit the uses otherwise allowed in RX- districts, restrict rents for dwelling units on the property to 60% of area median income for 30 years, and limit the number of units to 140.  

  • Existing Zoning: CM w/SRPOD 

  • The existing zoning is Conservation Management (CM w/SRPOD). See UDO Section 4.2 for more details on CM Districts.  

  • Proposed Zoning: RX-3-CU 

  • The proposed zoning is Residential Mixed Use – 3, Conditional Use, with Special Residential Parking Overlay (RX-3-CU). See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts and UDO Section 5.6.1 for more information on Parking Overlays
