Emerald Valley SIDEWALK ART ELECTION
Welcome to the Emerald Valley Sidewalk Art Election Page! On this website, you can help decide which of your favorite art should get installed on the sidewalks of the community. The top voted art pieces will be installed on five different walking routes that lead to the local schools and Cesar Chavez Library (shown in the map below).
The Emerald Valley Sidewalk Art Election will take place from January 22 to February 1. There are five ballots in total that you can cast your vote for each route. To vote online, click on the "Vote Now!" links below. If you would like to vote in person, please visit one of the following ballot drop-off locations between Jan. 22 and Feb. 1
Each school will have a ballot for their route. All other locations will have ballots for all routes.
- Bill Potts Elementary School, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Martha Jones Elementary School, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
- River Song Elementary School, Monday - Friday,
- Mickey Smith Middle School, Monday - Friday,
- Firehouse Rec Center (Will have ballots for all routes), Monday - Friday: 3:00pm - 5:30pm, Saturday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm
- Tardis Rec Center (Will have ballots for all routes), Monday - Friday: 3:00pm - 8:00pm, Saturday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm
- MLK Family Resource Center, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Cesar Chavez Library (Will have ballots for all routes), Tuesday - Thursday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm, Friday & Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
What are the voting rules?
- Voting is open to Emerald Valley residents ages 5+
- Residents may vote on all 5 sidewalk art routes:
- Bill Potts
- Martha Jones
- River Song
- Mickey Smith
- Cesar Chavez Library
- Only one ballot may be casted per person per sidewalk art route
- Ballots must be submitted by the end-of-day Thursday, February 1.
