SeekHealing is a community-sourced treatment model that empowers people to heal from trauma rather than achieve certain outcomes. We provide free support services to any stage in the process of healing from trauma and/or addiction and mental health challenges.

The RHA Peer Living Room is a safe, comfortable, welcoming space where you can participate in activities that support your personal
journey while engaging with and supporting others who are also working towards their recovery goals. Various types of daily groups
each day at 10am and 2pm, call for the current schedule.
