Olympic-Willapa Hills recreation planning
Olympic-Willapa Hills recreation planning
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) is looking for public feedback to inform the development of a draft management plan for the Olympic-Willapa Hills Wildlife Area Complex, which consists of the Olympic, Johns River, and Chehalis wildlife areas. The Department anticipates completing the plan in 2027 following a year-long period developing the draft plan, which will include additional opportunities for public involvement. The plan will guide the management of the wildlife area over the next decade.
Survey responses are anonymous and will be used to inform management of the wildlife area, enhance recreational opportunities, improve accessibility, and expand environmental education efforts. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete. This survey is voluntary, and you can exit at any time.
